 Shipping & Delivery

 Your order will be processed and shipped in the way of FedEx. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates. The types of shipping methods are:

First Overnight – Next day, 8:00 am delivery

Priority Overnight – Next day, 10:30 am delivery

Standard Overnight – Next day, 3:00 pm delivery

2nd Day A.M. – 2 day shipping, 10:30 am delivery

2nd Day – 2 day shipping, 4:30 pm delivery

X-Press Saver – 3 day shipping, 4:30 pm delivery

Please note that FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

All orders placed prior to 3:30PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:30PM PST are processed then released for shipment on the next business day.

Saturday Delivery options are available for select areas. After placing your order, call 1-800-390-9386 prior to 2:00 PM PST on the last shipping date of the week to request Saturday delivery. An additional charge will be applied to your order for this service.

We treat every consumer/clients information with the utmost importance as we would want some else to treat and respect the privacy of our own personal information. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, billing address to match the preferred credit card, and expiration date). This information will be saved upon completion of your customer profile and will be used to complete your purchase. We also use your information to better your service especially with customer service requests, to quickly process your transactions, to administer a promotional discount, and survey or other feature pertaining to our website and our website only.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy:

An RMA number is required PRIOR to returning product. Email: info@SaveOnImplants.com or Call: 800-350-9386 for your Return Authorization Number (RMA).

All products must be returned within 30 days.

All returns subject to inspection prior to acceptance.

All returns will be credited to customer’s open account if qualifications are met.

Items missing from package, or damaged due to improper packaging will not be given credit.

All returns 31 days and over from invoice date will have a 15%-20% restocking fee applied, no exceptions.

A copy of the corresponding invoice must be enclosed with the shipment.

 No returns after 60 days – no exceptions.

Customers may return D.I.T. Inc. products within 30 days from the invoice date with no fee under the following conditions:

  1. An RMA number has been obtained PRIOR to returning product.
  2. Product is in its original unopened packaging.
  3. Product cannot be tampered or altered in any way. Must be in original form.

d.                     A copy of the original invoice is included.

e.                     All opened packages received within 30 days of invoice date will be subjected to inspection and a 15%-20% restocking fee. All products must be in resalable condition.

NOTE: Original freight cost is non-refundable. Return freight cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following apply:

  1. If product is used (in the patients mouth), damaged, or altered in any way merchandise may be returned to customer.

b.                     If freight is charged to S.O.I. Inc.’s account with FedEx, UPS (or any other carrier).

c.                     If boxes/packaging is opened, merchandise may be returned to customer, unless the product has been put into the client’s mouth or has modified in any way.

d.                     All opened packages received within 30 days of invoice date will be subjected to inspection and a 15%-20% restocking fee. All products must be in resalable condition.

Return Instructions:

a.                     Wrap package securely and send in either a box or padded envelope.

b.                     DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE IN A LETTER ENVELOPE. (D.I.T. Inc. will not be held responsible for its contents).

c.                     Write your RMA number clearly on outside of package to expedite return.

d.                     Insure your return merchandise accordingly.

e.                     S.O.I. Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged products returned to us.

Return Fees:

Returns 0 to 30 days from invoice date will be charged no restocking fee only if package hasn’t been opened.

Returns 31 days and over from invoice date will have a 15%-20% restocking fee applied, no exceptions.

COD packages refused by customer will be charged Shippers Return Fee.

 

Ordering

Ordering is available here on our store website. Just log in with your email or username and password then begin your shopping experience. On the homepage just hover your mouse over the Store icon (Tab) to navigate where you want to go and find what you want to purchase. If you are brand new to our S.O.I. Inc. store website, go to the homepage then go to the top right hand corner of the page and click on register. After you click on register then follow the instructions to begin your account process.

Viewing Orders

Your orders can be accessed through “My Account” in the top right hand corner of your screen.

 

Updating Account Information

To update your account information click on “My Account” in the top right hand corner of the screen.  “My Dashboard” will show your current information, here you can change your password, edit your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
